• Where are items shipping from?
Items are being shipped from Australia.
• Is tracking included?
Orders will have door-to-door tracking, with limited tracking for ineligible destinations. Please contact us with your country of residence if you would like more information.
• When are you sending PDFs?
We will be aiming to send PDFs every few weeks. Please note this is a manual process!
• Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
We recommend ordering before December 3rd to guarantee arrival before Christmas.
• May I cancel my order or get a refund?
If we have not shipped your order, please contact us and we will arrange a refund.
• I would like to modify my order
If we have not shipped your order, please contact us. We will send you an invoice for the difference, or cancel your order, and you can order again.
