Orders and Shipping
• Where are items shipping from?
Items are being shipped from Australia.
• Is tracking included?
Orders will have door-to-door tracking, with limited tracking for ineligible destinations. Please contact us with your country of residence if you would like more information.
• When are you sending PDFs?
We will be aiming to send PDFs 1-2 weeks after all orders have shipped. Please note this is a manual process. Follow our socials for updates on shipping!
• When will my order arrive?
Orders are currently expected to ship around April 2025. An email will be sent when we are almost ready to ship.
• May I cancel my order or get a refund?
If we have not shipped your order, please contact us and we will arrange a refund.
• I would like to modify my order
If we have not shipped your order, please contact us. We will send you an invoice for the difference, or cancel your order, and you can order again.
